  • Make occasional visits to project sites to review progress, meet with the field team, attend meetings, and address project-specific needs.
  • Assist with project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, O&M manuals, as-built documentation, and final project records.
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with clients and project partners throughout the life of the project.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate project records.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to make occasional project site visits.
